Welcome Back!

Hope that everyone enjoyed the snow, and our time off from school! Below you can find a link to the "Science of the Olympic Games" website. This NBC website is in partnership with the National Science Foundation. Together they unravel the physics, biology, chemistry, and other science and math behind the Olympic Winter Games.

You can find videos explaining the science behind many of the olympic games including skiing, ice skating, speed skating, curling, hockey, snowboarding, and much more!

Enjoy! http://www.nbclearn.com/olympics

Quiz this Friday!!!!

Our introduction to physics quiz will be this Friday, February 5! The study guide will be posted in our classroom shortly, but I would definitely start studying everything we have learned up until this point. This would include motion, distance, displacement, speed, velocity, acceleration, and forces!!!

Mrs. Giordano and I will be at homework clinic Tuesday from 3:25 to 4:20 (as always)! Hope to see you there for some extra practice!
